CARE & RETIREMENT HOME INDUSTRY COMPLIANCE
Kellsafe can provide fire marshals, first aid training, and oxygen administration training for your staff, as well as training in administering auto-injector pens if you have residents or clients with allergies. We also provide specialist training in the use of hoists and patient lifting equipment.
Kellsafe can provide IOSH Working Safely and IOSH Managing Safely training. This will contain your carers and managers with the competence to undertake their risk assessments and caring activities. This also ensures they meet their accountability for care staff, and specifically lone workers.
We can support you in preparation for audits by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and help write your policies and procedures.
